Lightly roasted organic cocoa nibs blanket the top of this rich and sophisticated chocolate slab. The cocoa nibs have a similar crunchy texture to coffee beans. The added cocoa content lifts this slab a step beyond the strength of our plain milk chocolate, although it's not quite as intense as our dark chocolate. BB 14/11/25.
